Cancellation Timeline

• 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Some services such as flight tickets, special event bookings, and peak season reservations may be non-refundable.
